"Raising Good Kids Without Hitting"
Up to twenty $250 mini grants will be awarded to U.S. non-profit organizations, schools, and churches for educational events and programs which provide information about the effects of physical punishment of children and alternatives to its use. Preference will be given to programs and events which include teens or young adults, grandparents raising children alone, adults with a high school education, adult men, mothers raising children alone, teens with backgrounds of abuse and adults with backgrounds of abuse.
